Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Oral presentations will begin at 13.00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time).
  2. Participants must join the Zoom Meeting 15 minutes before the session starts.
  3. Participants should use their real name and institution as their display name (e.g., Nina – Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto).
  4. Ensure a stable internet connection and that your laptop and headset are functioning properly.
  5. Participants will be assigned to breakout rooms according to their presentation group.
  6. Participants must fill out the Oral Presentation Attendance Form, which will be shared via the Zoom chat.
  7. Each presentation is allotted 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  8. Uploaded presentation videos will be played during the conference as a substitute for live presentations.
  9. However, participants who wish to present live may inform the committee in the room (presentations must still be delivered in English).
  10. Presentations will be evaluated by judges based on the criteria listed in Appendix 3 (please read the Conference Guideline Book).
  11. Three best oral presentations will be selected from each room and announced during the closing ceremony.
  12. Presenter certificates will be sent to participants via email after the event.
